Yes. All our finishes are non-toxic and safe if chewed or mouthed. We use plant-based oils and beeswax with no chemical sealers. However, we design teething-appropriate toys with specific features like smooth edges and appropriate sizing to prevent choking hazards. Look for products marked suitable from 6-12 months.
Wipe with a slightly damp cloth as needed. Avoid soaking, dishwashers, or harsh chemicals that can damage the wood and finish. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution, wipe immediately, and let air dry completely. Once or twice yearly, apply a thin coat of beeswax or food-grade mineral oil to maintain the finish.
We'll repair or replace any broken component at no charge for the life of the toy, whether the damage stems from manufacturing defects or normal wear and tear. Simply contact us, and we'll provide a return label. Most repairs take 2-3 weeks including shipping. The only exclusions are intentional damage or loss of pieces.
